Digital Twin: Industrial Pump

Monitor a pump, investigate an incident, and test what-if responses in interactive 3D. Four steps take you from equipment signals to a possible cause and an estimated outcome.

Demo data is synthetic. Results are estimates, not validated failure forecasts.

How it's builtAWS TwinMaker, AWS Lambda, Amazon SageMaker, React, TypeScript, Python

AWS TwinMaker connects the 3D scene with equipment data. AWS Lambda runs the pump simulation and analysis logic, and Amazon SageMaker supports anomaly assessment. A React and TypeScript interface presents the results.

Features

The actual pump explorer in Cutaway mode, showing internal pump stages and model view controls

See the equipment. Find the signal.

Rotate the pump, look inside with the cutaway view, and select a measurement to focus the related component.

The actual investigation workspace with an illustrative 24-hour vibration history, highlighted pump components and a possible suction instability explanation

Follow an anomaly to its possible cause.

Explore four incident types and inspect pressure, flow, temperature, and vibration on one 24-hour chart.

The actual what-if workspace with suction pressure controls, before-and-after measurements and two pump models comparing the original incident with the simulated outcome

Test a response. Compare the outcome.

Adjust five what-if controls and compare the original incident with the simulated outcome side by side.
