A retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline in Python reads and indexes the Elinext website. FastAPI searches that index by keywords and by meaning, ranks the best passages, and streams answers to the React interface. Voice chat uses WebRTC for live audio and shows the transcript and any sources. A backup provider keeps the chat running during outages, and answer quality is tracked with benchmark tests.
